Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Available destinations and shipping services are shown at checkout.

Order processing

In-stock orders placed by 8:00 PM ET are eligible for same-day shipment after payment and address verification. Weekends, holidays, inventory discrepancies, high order volume, and carrier disruptions can affect dispatch.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping address changes

Review the shipping address before placing the order. Email [email protected] immediately if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after the order enters fulfillment.

Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

Keep all packaging and contact us with the order number and photos if a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete. For a package marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then email us for assistance.
