The 20 gauge stainless steel provides a solid surrounding for boiling and steaming. The pot features stamped calibration marks along the side of the pot in gallons and quarts and it has a stainless 1/2 inch ball valve spigot. It also come with a stainless basket for steaming your favorite foods along with a stainless vented lid.
