The Misting and Drinking Hydration Backpack comes with the Personal Cooling System (PCS) fully installed. The new and improved personal cooling system with higher PSI and a water-cooled pump comes with a rechargeable battery and an 8-speed wireless remote for adjusting misting settings. The cooling pump can be easily removed from the backpack.
